S1QS: RS485 adapter for S1QX telemetry unit
Technical conditions in this datasheet apply to module S1QS module from SENTRY product portfolio. They determine the method of operation and other basic information.
Mechanical specs
The transmitter is connected to the SENTRY communication system using a keyed connector with a connection nut. Both the module and the end sensor are powered via this connector. The plastic housing of the converter is made of ASA type plastic (modified ABS type plastic with resistance to UV radiation). In the cases of use in an environment with a potentially explosive atmosphere, the composition of the plastic is specifically adapted for use in this environment.
